OUR MISSION: To provide education and training programs, seminars, and  outreach opportunities for movement disorders like Parkinson’s disease, Huntington’s disease and chorea, Tourette’s syndrome, essential tremor, restless leg syndrome, cervical dystonia… all of the movement disorders.

We serve the patient/caregiver community as well as clinicians, medical professionals, and practitioners, and our programs are designed to increase knowledge about the causes, treatments, proper management, and research outlook for movement disorders.

We also provide referrals and informational guidance to clinicians and patients about available resources for treatment and management of movement disorders.

SA Moves works with other local, regional, and national organizations like the Alamo Area Parkinson’s Support Group, Comal County Parkinson’s Support Group, the San Antonio chapter of the American Parkinson Disease Association, The Huntington’s Disease Society of America, the National Parkinson Foundation, the Michael J. Fox Foundation, and the Davis Phinney Foundation to provide services to the movement disorder community.

OUR GOAL: To give you the knowledge and awareness you need to manage your movement disorder.
